| | Model of the car: | Dodge Intrepid | | | General comments: | 9 months driving with plasure, it left me stranded in NJTP, at 3PM, heat index of 101F, with my 2 small childrens. Car had 59K miles, I bought it with 31K. I really enjoyed this car. Never had that trouble with previous Chevy and Ford in the last 20 years. The engine failed without warning. The Dodge said the oil was clear and all liquids to standard. The engine didn't show sign of abuse. The cost to replace the engine was $7,300, which I didn't have.
